বিটিআরসি প্রদত্ত বিজ্ঞপ্তি অনুযায়ী নিয়ম অনুযায়ী, সকল ধরণের পণ্য অথবা সেবা বিষয়ক সতর্কতামূলক, নির্দেশনা, প্রচারণামূলক এসএমএস অবশ্যই বাংলায় ( ইউনিকোড) হতে হবে। শুধুমাত্র মেশিন জেনারেটেড এসএমএস ছাড়া সব ধরণের এসএমএস অবশ্যই বাংলা ভাষায় পাঠানোর জন্য কঠোরভাবে নির্দেশনা দেয়া হয়েছে।
আইনের প্রতি শ্রদ্ধাশীল থেকে আপনাকে বিটিআরসির নিয়ম মানার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হল।

According to the circular of BTRC, all kind of notification, alert, promotional SMS must be sent in Bangla (Unicode) language. Except only Machine generated SMS, they have strictly instructed to send all type of SMS in Bangla language.
